Channel Capital Advisors (Channel) is pleased to announce its partnership with the Universities of Aberdeen, Glasgow and SOAS University of London in NetworkPlus. NetworkPlus is a proposal to the EPSRC (Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council) in the UK relating to our project entitled Building an innovative, inclusive and resilient financial system: The role of regulation and AI in shaping the future of FinTech.
Channel is committing resources over a multi-year period to support this initiative and is nominating a member of senior management for its independent advisory board and will also advise on feasibility projects, applications for AI and strategic advice. Dr Gerhard Kling, Chair in Finance at University of Aberdeen said, “We are pleased to earn the support of Channel in this worthwhile endeavour as engagement with practitioners are a key focus for us”.
