Channel Capital Advisors are pleased to announce the completion a multi-jurisdictional term securitisation for an EU based client in the luxury sector. This is the first-time tap for the Issuer and introduced a new Institutional Investor to Channel’s cloud-based and API-led cash and programme management platform.

The team structured security arrangements to mitigate co-mingling of funds while maintaining ease of operation for the issuer, investor and trade credit insurer.”

All this was seamlessly achieved using our cloud-based API digital platform for customer onboarding and portfolio monitoring”. The transaction was subjected to enhanced ESG and AML/KYC evaluation and monitoring by our ESG/sustainable finance and compliance teams.
